This tutorial will walk you through converting MP3 Files in
to WAV files, using MusicMatch Jukebox. I chose MusicMatch
Jukebox because
it is a great
program and the “Basic” program is free
to download.
1. Open MusicMatch Jukebox
2. Click File > Convert Files…
3. On the “Source
Directory” box, browse to the folder containing
your MP3 file(s).
4. On the “Destination Directory” box, browse
to the folder you would like the WAV files to be stored.
5. On the “Highlight Files to Convert” select
the file(s) you would like to convert. (Hold down Ctrl on your keyboard
to select more than one.)
6. On the “Source Data Type” list, select
MP3
7. On the “Destination Data Type” list, select
WAV
8. Click Start. A window will appear showing you your
progress.
9. When finished the “Converted File Names” box
will show the file(s) you have converted.
Keep in mind that WAV files are much larger than MP3 Files, so be aware
of your hard drive space before converting large numbers of files.
